The Workforce USA Platform

01. Program Launch
We work with your leadership team to align roles, timelines, and clinical competencies, ensuring the program is structured for success from the start. Together we establish the implementation plan, identify preceptors, and prepare your organization for a smooth rollout.

02. Apprentice Onboarding
Selected team members enroll in the program and begin structured training alongside designated preceptors. Apprentices are introduced to the competency framework, program expectations, and curriculum that will guide their development.

03. Structured Skill Development
Apprentices build and document clinical competencies within your organization through guided practice and coursework. Hands-on experience, mentorship, and competency tracking ensure learners develop the skills required for high-quality patient care.

04. Certification Achieved
Clinical competencies are validated and apprentices prepare for national certification. Graduates become Certified Medical Assistants who strengthen your clinical workforce and support long-term staffing stability.
